With the funding of 58 million dollars, the US ranks first among WHO funding countries. But, Donald Trump has ordered a moratorium on this funding. He announced this by holding a press conference.

Trump alleged that the WHO did not warn America of the danger in time. Withholding this funding is being considered a major decision and can have negative consequences. Apart from the US, WHO also receives huge funding from countries like China, Germany, Japan, and England.

He accused the WHO of not handling the coronavirus epidemic properly and providing wrong information. He further adds that corona cases have increased rapidly around the world as the WHO shows dependence on Chinese data.
