PM Modi’s Appeal About Bihar Election: ‘First Vote, Then Refreshment’

Voting for the first phase of Bihar assembly elections is going on. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tweeted and asked people for reservation from Corona during voting.

Through a tweet, Prime Minister Modi has appealed to the people on social media that he is playing with full vigil his participation in the sacred celebration of democracy. Along with this, Prime Minister Modi has also talked about wearing face and following social distancing.

PM Modi has made a special appeal to the people of Bihar amid the first phase of voting in Bihar Election. “Today is the first round of voting in Bihar assembly elections. I urge all voters to ensure their participation in this festival of democracy, taking precautions related to COVID. Keep attention for two yards, wear a mask. Remember, first vote, then refreshment,” he tweeted in Hindi.

Meanwhile, during the first phase of voting, Tejashwi Yadav of Rashtriya Janata Dal asked the people of Bihar to vote for better future, education, health, job and development.

“Today, on the first phase of voting, Biharis must exercise their franchise for better future, education, health, job, development and new phase in the creation of new Bihar and become a partner of change with the Grand Alliance. Jai Hind. Jai Bihar,” Tejashwi Yadav tweeted in Hindi before the vote.

Let us tell you that in the first phase of Bihar assembly elections, voting is going on 71 seats today. Voting will be from 7 am to 6 pm. However, voting will be held in 4 seats till 3 pm, 26 seats till 4 pm and 5 seats till 5 pm. The fate of 1066 candidates is to be decided in the first phase, of which 114 are women. More than two crore 14 lakh voters will exercise their franchise. 31 thousand 371 polling stations have been set up for this phase.
